JCKC Realty is located in Sturbridge, Massachusetts!  Licensed in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, we focus on serving Worcester, Hamdpen and Windham county - Central Massachusetts and Northeastern Connecticut.   We are a full service real estate center that specializes in residential home purchases and sales.  James and Kathleen Cooper started JCKC Realty in 2005 after working together in the hotel industry as management and sales and as real estate agents for a large company in Westborough, MA. James had been a real estate agent since 1994 in Texas working in commercial real estate and property management. The combined talents of our team makes JCKC Realty a unique company to work with. Our state of the art office opened in March 2008 and we are now a team of 5 agents and growing.
